This policy explains what personal information the Mechotech website (mechotechglobal.com) collects, why, and who receives it. It describes how the website works today.

Who we are

The website is run by MECH O TECH LLP (Mechotech), Survey No. 493/P, Basaragadi Village, Medchal–Malkajgiri District, Hyderabad, Telangana 501401, India. Our other offices are listed on the Contact page.

What we collect, and how

Enquiry and quote forms

The Request a Quote form (home page, Contact page and several other pages), the Project Requirement Questionnaire at /get-a-quote and the enquiry form on our country pages. Name, phone number and email are required. Depending on the form, you may also give your company, designation, website, city, state and country, industry, the product you are interested in, project type and location, expected start date, raw material, end-product and capacity details, existing plant and equipment, utilities, compliance standards, how you heard about us, and your message. We also record which page and form you used.

Careers form

Name, email, phone number, the role you are applying for and the resume file you attach.

AI chat assistant

The messages you type and your language setting. A random session ID is kept in your browser so the conversation can continue. If you share your name or contact details in the conversation, we may create an enquiry from them.

Voice assistant (where it is shown)

Your microphone audio, sent to OpenAI so the assistant can hear and answer you, and a text transcript of the call. If you submit your details during a call, the transcript is attached to your enquiry together with an automatic label for the tone of the conversation (sentiment).

Website measurement

Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics load after the page appears. They measure how the site is used, and when an enquiry is submitted successfully the site sends an event to Google tags so the submission can be counted. These tags may set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser.

Information stored in your browser by the site

The assistant session ID; a flag that remembers you have seen the voice button; a flag that stops the voice prompt repeating in the same visit; and flags that remember whether you opened or dismissed the Google review prompt.

Embedded content

The Contact page shows a Google Map and the Media page plays videos from YouTube. Google and YouTube may collect information when that content loads or plays.

If you write to us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we receive whatever you send. Clicking a WhatsApp link takes you out of this website to WhatsApp.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quotation and follow up on your project.
• To answer your questions through the assistant and pass on an enquiry if you ask for one.
• To consider your job application.
• To measure how the website is used and how many enquiries it produces.

Who receives it

BiziQuick CRM

Enquiries from the forms and from the assistant are sent to the BiziQuick customer-relationship system, which our sales team uses to respond. BiziQuick is a company in the same group as Mechotech.

n8n

An automation service that runs the chat assistant’s workflow. Chat messages, your session ID and, if you gave them, your name and contact details pass through it.

OpenAI

Provides the speech-to-text, text-to-speech and language services used by the voice assistant, and the tone (sentiment) label added to a conversation sent to our CRM. Your voice audio, your messages and the conversation so far are sent to it.

Netlify

Hosts this website and receives careers-form submissions, including the resume you attach.

Google

Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics (see above), Google Maps and YouTube.
