Mechotech supplies the complete turnkey machinery train — extraction vessels, filtration, vacuum concentration, and spray drying — engineered, fabricated at our Hyderabad facility, installed, and commissioned as a single commissioned system. Final process parameters are established during process development and pilot validation.

How does Mechotech protect heat-sensitive polyphenols during processing?

Our polyphenol plants use closed jacketed extractors with controlled low-temperature extraction (typically 40–70°C), vacuum concentration at 50–65°C to avoid thermal degradation, and inlet/outlet temperature control on the spray dryer. This preserves catechin and S-allyl compound content, and the finished powder is checked against its declared assay by HPLC.
