Manufacturing Process

Raw Material Preparation

Spice raw material is cleaned and pulverised to a uniform particle size to maximise solvent contact before extraction.

Solvent Extraction

Milled spice is extracted with food-grade solvent in closed, jacketed SS 316L extractors under controlled temperature and multiple cycles to maximise recovery of the target oleoresin.

Filtration

The extract (miscella) is clarified through a filtration system to remove fines and fibrous matter.

Concentration & Solvent Recovery

The miscella is concentrated in a vacuum concentrator (evaporator), with an integrated solvent recovery system returning solvent for reuse and underpinning plant economics.

Purification, Isolation & Standardisation

The concentrate is purified and standardised to the declared oleoresin specification for the target spice.

Drying & Quality Control

The standardised oleoresin is dried to the required consistency and hygienically packed, then released after quality testing.
