Date and Fruit Juice Concentration Equipment for Saudi Arabia

A spray dryer atomises a liquid feed into hot air and recovers dry powder through a cyclone and bag filter. Mechotech builds it in SS 316L with the atomizer chosen to the feed's viscosity and target particle size, from pilot scale upward, and lists freeze and vacuum dryers for heat-sensitive or paste-like feeds.
A fruit or vegetable powder usually starts from a juice, concentrate or puree. A standalone raw-produce powder line is scoped per project, and sugar-rich feeds are trialled first because they are sticky.
