Two Mechotech ranges cover this ad group. Herbal extraction plants take medicinal herbs through milling, solvent extraction, filtration, concentration with solvent recovery, standardisation and drying. Spice oleoresin plants solvent-extract cleaned, milled spices and concentrate the oleoresin in a vacuum concentrator, with solvent recovery and filtration.

Essential Oil Distillation Plants for Türkiye
Aromatic herbs and flowers give up their oil to steam. Mechotech lists steam, hydro, vacuum and pressure distillation plants with condensation, Florentine separation and hydrosol recovery, and plant pages for oils such as thyme, lavender and peppermint.

Fruit and Vegetable Dehydration Dryers for Türkiye
Mechotech lists vacuum tray, fluidised-bed, vacuum paddle, freeze and spray dryers, each suited to a different product form. A dehydration line adds washing, cutting, optional blanching, cooling and packing around the dryer and is designed per crop and capacity.
A standalone raw-produce dehydration line is not a listed standard product, so we scope it after review. Plan the plant from a mass balance, since most of fresh produce weight is water.
