Herbal and Curcumin Extraction Plants for Thailand
A curcumin plant takes turmeric rhizome through preparation, solvent extraction, clarification, concentration and solvent recovery, purification, crystallisation and centrifugation, and standardisation to a curcuminoid specification. The product page lists a configurable range of up to 95% curcuminoids by HPLC. Mechotech recommends a pilot plant to validate parameters before scaling.

Fruit Juice Concentration and Vegetable Powder Equipment for Thailand
For juice, Mechotech lists falling-film and multiple-effect evaporators that concentrate under vacuum with a short residence time on the heated surface, plus an Aloe Vera gel and juice line. Concentrates and purees can then be spray dried, freeze dried or vacuum dried into powder where the feed suits.

Spray and Vacuum Dryers for Thailand
A spray dryer converts liquid feeds into powder, with the atomizer selected to the feed's viscosity and target particle size. A vacuum paddle or tray dryer dries wet solids, pastes and solvent-wet material at lower temperature, with solvent recovered in a condenser. Mechotech builds both in SS 316L with PLC-based control.
Share the feed, its solids and heat sensitivity, target moisture and form, and capacity. A pilot trial on your feed is recommended before sizing.

Questions About Plants for Thailand
What does a curcumin extraction plant include?
Raw material preparation, solvent extraction, clarification, concentration and solvent recovery, purification, crystallisation and centrifugation, standardisation and drying. The curcumin extraction plant page sets out the route, and a pilot plant is recommended before scaling.
Is turmeric oleoresin the same as curcumin?
No. Turmeric oleoresin is a whole spice extract, while curcumin is a purified curcuminoid fraction. They are different plant routes; turmeric oil by distillation or CO2 is a third. Tell us the product you want.
Which dryer should I choose, spray or vacuum?
Spray dryers suit liquids and concentrates that become powder; vacuum dryers suit wet solids, pastes and solvent-wet material. We confirm the choice from your feed and target form.
