Spray Dryers and Fruit Powder Plants for Indonesia
A spray dryer turns a liquid feed into powder: the feed is atomised into hot air, and powder is recovered through a cyclone and bag filter. Mechotech builds it in SS 316L with a rotary-disc or nozzle atomizer chosen to the feed, from pilot scale upward.
Fruit powders usually start from juice, concentrate or puree, and sugar-rich fruit feeds are sticky, so a carrier and a trial are normal. A standalone raw-fruit powder line is scoped per project.
