Ginger
Ginger oleoresin, extract and oil plants
Dried ginger rhizome is cleaned, milled and solvent-extracted into an oleoresin, with solvent and aroma recovery. A gingerol-standardised extract (2.5% to 60% total gingerols by HPLC) has its own plant, and ginger oil extraction machines are supplied as distillation plants or CO₂ extraction plants. Capacity is configured to requirement, from a 100 kg/day pilot to 20,000+ kg rhizomes/day.
Process route: Cleaning and size reduction, solvent extraction, filtration, vacuum concentration, solvent recovery, aroma recovery, standardisation, QC and packing.
Turmeric extraction plant: oleoresin, curcumin and oil
Dried, milled turmeric rhizome becomes a curcuminoid extract standardised up to 95% by HPLC, with crystallisation and centrifugation. Turmeric oleoresin, turmeric oil by steam distillation and turmeric oil by CO₂ extraction are separate plant routes. The curcumin product page describes a 200 kg/day turmeric-input pilot plant.
Process route: Raw material preparation, solvent extraction, clarification, concentration and solvent recovery, purification, crystallisation and centrifugation, standardisation, drying.
Moringa processing equipment as a complete extraction line: hydro-alcoholic extraction of fresh or dried moringa leaf into a glycoside-standardised extract, from 5% up to 40% glycosides by gravimetry, for functional food, nutraceutical and cosmetic uses. The extract is spray-dried as the last step. Standalone leaf-drying lines are not listed in our catalog.
Process route: Raw material preparation, extraction, filtration and membrane clarification, concentration and solvent recovery, standardisation, drying.
Our catalog lists hibiscus extraction equipment as complete hibiscus flower extraction plants for pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, food and beverage, cosmetic and ayurvedic uses. Hibiscus is milled, extracted, filtered, concentrated with solvent recovery, standardised and dried to an extract.
Hibiscus flower
Hibiscus flower extraction plant
Milled hibiscus flower is extracted with food-grade alcohol or aqueous solvent in closed jacketed SS 316L extractors, clarified through a filter press and polish filters, and concentrated in a falling-film or vacuum evaporator with more than 95% solvent recovery.
Process route: Raw material preparation, extraction, filtration, concentration and solvent recovery, standardisation, spray or vacuum drying of the extract, QC.
A herbal extraction plant for Hibiscus Liquid (Hibiscus rosa-sinensis), standardised to HCA, with the same extraction, filtration, concentration and drying route and assay at batch release.
Process route: Raw material preparation, extraction, filtration, concentration and solvent recovery, standardisation to HCA, spray or vacuum drying, QC.
A natural-colour extraction plant for dark red hibiscus and day lily flowers, built on the same milling, solvent extraction, filtration and concentration route, for specification-grade extract.
Scope: these plants make a hibiscus extract. The drying step dries the finished extract. Raw-flower drying, sorting and powder-milling lines are not listed in our catalog.
Frankincense, Boswellia and Gum-Resin Processing Plants
Two verified routes for oleo-gum-resins: steam or hydro distillation of frankincense for essential oil, and solvent extraction of Boswellia serrata resin for boswellic-acid extracts. Our gum and resin plant families also cover myrrh, benzoin and similar resins.
Frankincense / olibanum
Frankincense distillation plant
Raw frankincense tears are sorted, cleaned, size-reduced and steam- or hydro-distilled to an essential oil verified by GC-MS, with a hydrosol as co-product. Steam or hydro distillation is chosen for tear hardness and resin age.
Process route: Resin sorting and cleaning, size reduction, steam or hydro distillation, condensation, oil-water separation in a Florentine flask, polishing, QC.
Boswellia serrata gum resin is cleaned, crushed and solvent-extracted, purified and vacuum-dried into a boswellic-acid extract from 30% to 85% boswellic acids by titration, including AKBA-enriched grades.
Process route: Resin cleaning and crushing, solvent extraction, pressure-leaf filtration, vacuum concentration, purification, solvent recovery, vacuum drying.
The gum and resin extraction range is built around solvent extraction for resinoids and absolutes (for example frankincense, myrrh and styrax benzoin). The matching distillation range covers benzoin, elemi, galbanum, myrrh and other resins.
Evaporation Equipment and Aloe Vera Juice Processing
For juice and beverage concentrate duties we supply evaporators, and an Aloe Vera gel and juice processing line. Complete fruit reception, pulping and filling lines are not listed in our catalog. Share your fruit, capacity and target product and our engineers will confirm what we can scope.
