Prepared Jojoba seed is fed into the screw expeller press, which mechanically compresses the material to release the fixed (carrier) oil.

Filtration

The pressed oil is clarified through a plate-and-frame filter press followed by cartridge polish filters to remove residual solids.

Collection & Quality Control

The finished Jojoba Oil is collected and each batch verified by physical parameters (specific gravity, refractive index, acid value) before release.
