Raw Material Preparation

Coffee raw material is cleaned, sorted, and (where required) milled to the optimal particle size to maximise extraction efficiency.

Supercritical CO2 Extraction

Prepared Coffee is charged into the high-pressure SS 316L extraction vessel, where CO2 is pressurised and heated past its critical point to act as a solvent-free extraction medium, drawing out the target oil.

Separation

The CO2-oil mixture is passed to a separator vessel where pressure is reduced, causing the CO2 to revert to gas and release the extracted oil.

CO2 Recovery & Recirculation

Released CO2 gas is recompressed, condensed, and recirculated back into the extraction cycle, minimising solvent consumption.

Collection & Quality Control

The extracted Coffee Oil is collected and each batch verified by GC-MS and physical parameters (specific gravity, refractive index) before release.
